2. Quotations & Payments

  • All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the proposal.

  • Projects commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

  • Remaining payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or before project delivery.

  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on timely approval, content submission, and cooperation from the client. Delays caused by the client may extend the project schedule.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, required content, images, branding assets, and approvals necessary for project completion.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project (excluding third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, or licensed assets) transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, Meta, Google, or WhatsApp Business API. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Padma IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose confidential data except where required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
