Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Padma IT Solution, we strive to provide high-quality digital services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Digital Services

Our services include website development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, graphic design, software development, hosting, domain registration, AI automation, WhatsApp API integration, CRM solutions, and related IT services.

As these are customized digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

2. Advance Payments

Advance payments are used to reserve project resources and begin planning and development. Therefore, advance payments are non-refundable after work has started.

3. Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before project work begins. If no work has been initiated, a refund may be considered after deducting any applicable administrative or payment processing charges.

Once the project has commenced, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a refund for work already completed or resources already allocated.

4. Domain & Hosting

Charges for domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, premium themes, plugins, or third-party subscriptions are non-refundable, as these services are purchased from external providers.

5. Digital Marketing Services

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms are managed according to those platforms’ policies and cannot be refunded by Padma IT Solution.

Management or service fees already earned are non-refundable.

6. Project Delays

If project delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide required content, approvals, or feedback, the project timeline may be extended. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

7. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Padma IT Solution.
